By facebook inspiration I decided to start blogging again... mostly because there is so much more going on than the things im posting on facebook. so many fun things!! Here is what has been happening... Thanksgiving 2011-- found out we were pregnant!! it took so long for Dec 15th to come (our first appointment). We were so excited! 9 LOOONG months later, on july 16th im being induced after about a week with high high blood pressure and my amazing dr being really worried about me... after what im told is... 11 hours of labor and 2 hours of pushing, our sweet baby boy, Rogan Lee Goold was born on july 17th, 2012 at 12:02 am.

Because i tore so bad--4th degree(woooww!) i wasnt able to hold him really for the first 30-40 min as they sewed me up so jason got to have some one on one time with him! so jealous!

now backing up-- went in to our doctors appointment at 11 and after about 20 minutes there the doc said "be at the hospital at 1" great.. its finals week and jason had class at 1245! so he went to class and my amazing aunt barbara drove me to the hospital! also, my good friend Maria came to sit with me until jason could be there... so it was a party from the start!!

after we got to the hospital there was about 15 min before we got going and then I sent everyone out so the doc could break my water and get me moving! I started contracting on my own(figuritively speaking) to about 2 1/2 min apart... they werent too bad for an hour or two and then i got something to take the edge off by 4(i think) i was ready for my epidural FOR SURE! It was the most amazing thing i could have ever imagined. saved me!

things have been crazy ever since!! mr rogan is adorable and fun and we just are obsessed with him... we arent sleeping too well yet but we have had a few good nights! here are some pics of our sweet pea!

We never update! and no one reads this...

We havent written in so long! I (carra) am at 1800 hours out of 2000 for cosmetology school and so excited to graduate! I have applied to a few small salons in town and just waiting for interview times... I sent my stuff for boards today and really hoping i can take them in April!
Jason is having a blast being at home all day catching up on sleep and video game playing! He has gotten a few new games since his birthday and has been glued!
We have seen a few new movies in the last bit that we really liked and seriously want to buy!! tangles and gnomeo and juliet!! soooo cute!

its too hard to update you on the last year. HA. we'll try and be better!!

Midweek Update.

Hey everyone! we are soo excited to be done with school! 1 week and 1 day! This week we have been having fun relaxing and jason has been making ALOT of orange chicken since we got the sauce at costco! and thanks to the Vermont Goolds we are counting down to christmas! and its so cute! 15 days til christmas! We hope everyone had a great weekend! We have been sick but were doing alot better!

Sorry we have been slacking!!

Alright so we are close to the end of the semester and we are excited to see everyone for the holidays! Here is what we have been up to...

We were with the Goolds for Thanksgiving and we spent the week in Richfield and Thanksgiving day in St. George with the grandparents and cousins and everybody. We are so excited for Christmas with the Snyder girls in Tracy,Ca and hopefully being able to hang out with all of my family while were in cali. THEN back to Utah for NEW YEARS!! with the Goolds in St. George.

We have alot of job hunting ahead of us because of the campus rules about not working when not in school... but I am really excited to start at Paul Mitchell's The Hair Academy here in Rexburg starting the 12th of Jan. We are so excited for ashley to come home from her long trip in Russia! 11 days and counting! I cant wait to set all my family up with Blogs so we can keep in touch!!

Jason is doing great in school and is ready to be done for the semester.

School has begun!

We totally slacked on updating this since march BUT we have alot to talk about!

We went to San Diego,Ca and Hung out with MY dads family (Snyders). We had alot of fun at the Lawrence Welk Resort and Grandma and Grandpa Snyder paid for EVERYONE to go to Disneyland!! it was soo fun! Here are some pictures of our fun!

We are 3-4 weeks into school now and we are trying to figure out all of our schedules... We are very busy! Jason is taking Physics and Chemistry this semester(pt.2) and is doing great! He's so smart. Were both taking a Family History class and I think this will be an adventure. Jason and I are working on campus, I, during the busy lunch hours and Jason, during the busy dinner hours. We are grateful for the jobs we have and, Jason had a fire. But we haven't had any problems with Jason passing out this semester which is a relief!
Jason is on the Rugby team this semester and is doing so great! His games start this next week (after conference) and Im so excited to see him play! I am taking a pattern making class which, in the beginning, was overwhelming... but now I am having fun with it!
We are so excited to see everybody in these coming holiday months and were eager to find out what we are doing for the holidays!

March 13,2009-March 30, 2009: Finally Married!

After 3, crazy months of engagement we are finally married and almost on our own... ha. We are working on thank you cards and figuring out how to get all of our stuff to Rexburg in April... were thinking like 5 huge trucks MAY fit it all. We move into our new place April 16th and we cannot wait, and the Snyder girls are practically begging for their rooms back. We appologize for our lack of humor in our first blog and We hope next time there will be more to tell... or more were able to tell...
